3. Cryptocurrency and high-density compute
Cryptocurrency mining is not permitted without prior written approval from Scout. Other workloads with sustained 100% utilization profiles across many GPUs may be subject to review.
4. AI and machine learning
You are responsible for the lawful and ethical use of any AI models trained or served on the Service. You must comply with applicable laws, including those relating to data protection, consumer protection, non-discrimination, and election integrity. You may not use the Service to generate non-consensual intimate imagery, to produce content that impersonates real people in a deceptive manner, or to operate services that violate any of the above.
5. Platform integrity
You may not:
- circumvent quotas, billing controls, or technical limits of the Service;
- attempt to identify, contact, or contract directly with Scout's third-party infrastructure providers in order to bypass Scout;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Scout system without prior written authorization; or

6. Reporting
To report a suspected violation of this AUP, contact us through the support page on the Service. Reports are reviewed promptly.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including warning the user, suspending or terminating workloads or accounts, removing offending content, and cooperating with law enforcement.
